Aunt Susan repairs and reinforces Corbin's tattered blanket
After nine years, Corbin's blanket isn't much more than a few bare threads. Susan sewed a new backing on it to try and get a couple more years out of it.
We stop off at Robert's new Presidio Climbing Gym
Robert's business partner, Micky, gives us a tour of the amazing gym that is set to open early September.
We visit Paul's new office: The Citation Souvereign
Paul now flies this beautiful $15 million jet plane. We visited it at his hanger but since the fuel is about $3,500/hr, we didn't get to go up for a test flight. :(
Corbin and Diarra enjoy the river
After stopping to remove some water from INSIDE the raft, we take a short break and swim for a while.
We spend Corbin's 9th birthday rafting on the American River
Terry relived his youth by taking us rafting on the American River. We started very near his childhood home and floated down the river for a couple of hours.

Is all of Flagstaff gay?
So we booked into an RV park in Flagstaff, AZ on our way back to LA. There was an adjacent steakhouse where all the waiters sang showtunes throughout the entire meal. How did we get so lucky? We can't wait to see what Barstow has to offer us.

Chris, Jeff and Will picked us up in Silverton
The boys picked us up and we had a nice lunch at the Brown Bear Café. Silverton is a charming old mining town.
The Durango-Silverton Railroad
We enjoyed a beautiful 3.5 hour train ride through the Rockies from Durango to Silverton. The train has been making this journey for 127 years! We saw some spectacular views along the way.

A woman's work is never done...
Terry joins doing a little microwaving in our incredibly spacious RV. While we miss or Fleetwood Flair, we have quickly adapted to the roomier Southwind. We can even square dance in the RV! Grab your partner…
